| Abstract | Diplomski rad (Auto)portret ljubavi bavi se intimnim prijateljskim i obiteljskim odnosima. Prijateljskim i obiteljskim odnosima pristupa se kroz teorijsku interpretaciju sociologa Anthony Giddensa i Harry Blattera koji ističu važnost emocija i intimnosti za formiranje ličnosti pojedinca. Ličnost je koncipirana kao društveni konstrukt koji nastaje i razvija se u mreži međuljudskih odnosa u kojima su prijatelji kao ravnopravni pojedinci uključeni u dinamičan proces međusobne interpretacije i oblikovanja. Unutar međuljudskih odnosa, umjetnost, odnosno portretna i autoportretna fotografija, način je neverbalne komunikacije kojom se pokazuje temeljni ljudski interes za druge i težnja čovjeka prema propitivanju vlastite ličnosti i osobnom razvoju. Portretna i autoportretna fotografija je izraz osobne perspektive autora na svijet i ljude oko njega, ona postaje vizualni autobiografski zapis autora. |
| Abstract (english) | The photography series (Self-)Portrait of Love explores the dynamics of intimate friendships and familial relationships. The series examines ideas of friendship and family through theoretical interpretations introduced by sociologists Anthony Giddens and Harry Blatter. Giddens and Blatter emphasise the significance of emotions and intimacy in shaping an individual's personality. Personality is conceived of as a social construct arising from and developing in a network of interpersonal relationships in which friends, who are regarded as equals, partake in a dynamic process of mutual interpretation and influence. Within interpersonal relationships, art, i.e. portrait and self-portrait photography, is a form of non-verbal communication. It shows the fundamental human interest towards others while also reflecting the tendency of human beings to question their own personality and personal development. Portrait and self-portrait photography are an expression of the author's personal perspective of the world and the people around them. As such, they become a visual autobiographical record of the author. |
