Abstract

Ovaj diplomski rad temelji se na analizi pojedinih kadrova filma ''Put do uništenja'' koji se ističu po važnosti izgradnje ugođaja, atmosfere i samog pričanja filmske priče za svaku pojedinu scenu. U analizi prolazimo kroz tehničke osobitosti kadrova kao što su opotreba objektiva, farova, kamere iz ruke itd, pa do pokušaja intepretacije umjetničkih razmišljanja i postupaka snimatelja što ipak predstavlja malo složeniji zadatak koji se uglavnom temelji na mojoj intuiciji kao autora ovog rada. Pojedine scene opisane su kroz jedan ili dva kadra dok je za neke druge bilo potrebno predstaviti kolaž slika kako bi se uspjelo u komuniciranju ideje vizualnih poruka koje su ostvarene kroz sekvencu kadrova jer bez takvog pristupa ne bi bilo moguće dočarati poruke filmskog jezika.

Abstract (english)

The basis of this thesis lies on an analysis of specific screenshots taken from the DVD version of a motion picture film ''Road to perdition'' . Those frames are standing out by their importance in building the atmosphere and basic story tellling qualities for every specific scene. In this analysis we are going trough technical aspects of filmmaking as use of lenses, dollies, handheld camera etc. all the way to interpretations of artistic dirrections of a director of photography and that presents a little bit more complex task which is based on my intuition as an author of this thesis. Some scenes are described trough one or two film frames and some other scenes needed much more work trough series of images as only this aproach would make the task of analisys sensibile.
